Dependable Solutions is a purely Czech company that develops and manufactures systems for safe unloading of weapons. Our unloading systems are certified, protected by a utility model. They are designed for the safe unloading of weapons from cal.22 LR to cal.12.7 mm (50 BMG).

Our priority is safety and reliability, we prefer a personal approach to each order, which we always pay maximum attention to, whether it is 1 piece or 100 pieces. We always try to find the ideal solution, ‘tailored’ to the specific requirements of our clients.

The assembly design is based on the individual needs of individual implementations, where the fastening or anchoring of unloading systems can be adapted to the environment. The colour and logo of our products can be changed according to the customer’s wishes.

Due to its small weight and dimensions, it is ideal wherever weapons are handled, such as police and military units, the justice, gun shops, shooting ranges and, last but not least, police and military vehicles. Wherever the emphasis is on safety.

BC1 Unloading System (cal.22 LR – cal.338 LM)

The patented cartridge used in Bullet Crusher can fragment and stop all types of ammunition used in the Czech Republic and NATO. The system’s construction is so ingenious and durable that even with really small dimensions, it will allow safe unloading of all pistol/revolver projectiles and high-velocity rifle projectiles up to 11,000 Joules. It does not require any construction readiness if placed on the stand supplied by us. If you wish to place it on a wall or table, both must be dimensioned for this purpose (i.e., a flat solid surface allowing a firm anchorage with the supplied fasteners).

Thanks to the high-quality rubber lining and the precise casing of the holes for the escape of post-shot gases, it very effectively reduces the noise of the shot. Any injury from unburned powder particles, gas blasts, etc. that fly out of the barrel is prevented.

The system is designed to be completely maintenance-free. It can withstand dozens of hits from pistol ammunition without the need for service. However, in the event of a hit with some rifle ammunition, a manufacture’s inspection is necessary to maintain the high standard of safety we take pride in. A larger type of the system called BC-2 is used for normal unloading of powerful rifle ammunition.

The delivery includes the unloading system, handover protocol, the operator’s instructions for use, the user’s instructions for use, assembly material for wood or wall, including basic tools. Everything is packed in a sturdy box.

The device is able to fragment bullets safely and repeatedly up to the impact energy of 4500 J without a steel core in compliance with the instructions and operating rules. The device is designed so that no construction modification or other additional readiness is required. The ballistic chamber is mobile and it is not necessary to attach it to the floor. During normal operation, it is necessary to have the device inspected by the manufacturer’s service technician after approx. 1000 shots. The use of the device for any activity other than that specified in the instructions and operating rules is prohibited. After about 100 rounds, it is necessary to clean the lower magazine, where there are fragments of bullets; the device is not noiseless and it is necessary to use hearing protection for its use. Disposal of lead from bullet fragments is provided by each user themselves in accordance with valid standards and regulations applicable for waste management and environmental protection.
