Discharge Device BC-1

The patented cartridge of the Bullet Crusher can fragment and stop all types of ammunition for short-barreled firearms used in the Czech Republic. It can also stop any high-velocity rifle bullet up to .338 LM caliber (including).

It requires no structural modifications when placed on the provided stand. If you wish to mount it on a wall or table, both must be suitably reinforced (i.e., a flat, solid surface allowing secure anchoring with the provided mounting hardware).

Thanks to high-quality rubber lining and precisely engineered gas venting holes, it effectively reduces gunshot noise. Additionally, it prevents injuries from unburnt powder particles, gas flashes, and other debris that may escape from the barrel.

The device is designed to be completely maintenance-free. It can withstand dozens of shots from pistol ammunition without requiring servicing. However, if impacted by rifle ammunition, manufacturer inspection is necessary to maintain the high safety standards we pride ourselves on. For standard unloading of high-power rifle ammunition, we recommend the larger BC-2 model.

Discharge Device BC2 – ARMY

The discharge device has compact dimensions and is made of extremely durable materials, allowing it to capture projectiles with an impact energy of up to 17,000 J. It is compatible with a wide range of ammunition, including .22, 9 mm, .556 NATO, 7.62×39 (steel core), 7.62×51 NATO AP, 6.5 Creedmoor, .338 LM, and .50 BMG.

The device features a modern and sophisticated design and is capable of capturing up to 40 accidental shots. Additionally, it effectively reduces gunshot noise, enhancing safety when handling firearms.

The discharge device requires no structural modifications during installation and is easily portable and flexible, allowing for simple placement on a wall or workbench. It can also be installed outdoors, as it is resistant to weather conditions. Thanks to its adjustable mount, the device can be fixed at various angles, adapting to the user’s specific needs.

The construction of the device is made from Hardox steel with a Comaxit coating, ensuring high durability and a long lifespan. The package includes the BC2-ARMY discharge device, a set of mounting screws, and a wall or table mount. The manufacturer provides a 5-year warranty, provided that regular maintenance conditions are met.

Discharge Device BC2 (cal.22LR – cal.50 BMG)

The sophisticated and durable design of the device, despite its compact size, allows for the safe unloading of high-velocity rounds with a maximum impact energy of 17,000 Joules (e.g., 6.5×284, 7WSM, .50 BMG, etc.).

BC1-Tactical

BC-1 Tactical is designed for the safe unloading of firearms without the need to remove additional accessories such as lights, lasers, etc. The inlet diameter of the discharge device is 100 mm. Just like the BC-1, it can neutralize and stop almost all types of ammunition used worldwide. The device’s construction is so advanced and durable that, despite its compact size, it can safely fragment all calibers from .22 LR to .338 LM, including high-velocity ammunition and even “big game” calibers such as .456 WM, up to a maximum impact energy of 11,000 Joules.

The system’s design is so sophisticated and robust that, even with its small dimensions, it allows for the safe unloading of all pistol/revolver rounds and high-velocity rifle rounds up to 11,000 Joules. When placed on the provided stand, no structural modifications are required. The device requires no structural modifications for installation, making it a practical and efficient solution for shooting ranges, security forces, and firearm testing facilities. Additionally, it is resistant to outdoor conditions, allowing for use in exterior environments without the need for complex adjustments.

With an adjustable mount, the device can be positioned at different angles, allowing for customization based on the user’s specific needs. The package includes a complete mounting kit, featuring fastening screws and a wall or table bracket, ensuring easy installation.

The device is designed exclusively for the safe unloading of firearms and is not intended as a target for aimed shooting. The maximum number of accidental discharges is 30, after which an inspection is required, and if necessary, the ballistic insert and rubber cover must be replaced. The recommended maintenance interval is every 5 years or after reaching the maximum number of discharges, ensuring maximum safety and a long service life.
